Simply scald chickens in hot water to make the feathers soft (We also sell the scalder separately), then drop 2 to 3 birds into the tub (Depending on bird size). In 20-30 seconds or less, the birds will be picked clean. No pin feathers, no backache. Simple to use & easy to clean!
