Return & Refund Policy

At A & B Poultry Supply t/a Curions (Pty) Ltd, we strive to be one of the leading suppliers of egg incubators and hatchers. For this reason, we take returns and refunds very seriously.

We are proud of the positive feedback we receive from our customers and are committed to maintaining high service standards. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and when they do, our priority is to ensure that you are fully supported as a valued customer. We kindly ask that you allow us the opportunity to resolve any concerns related to your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with a product received from us, please contact us immediately using the contact details provided on our Contact Us page. Our team is always ready to assist and work toward a suitable resolution.

Returns

Returns are rare at A & B Poultry Supply t/a Curions (Pty) Ltd, but should you need to return an item, this must be done within 7 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

• It must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be included

Items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error will not be accepted. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 days. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.

If an item is damaged during transport, please return it so we can replace it. Do not accept or sign for any delivery where visible damage is present.
